Socigy s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic(“Socigy”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at socigy.com and the Socigy social platform. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through this site.

Waitlist registration: email address and, optionally, your social handle. Collected when you submit the waitlist form.

Analytics: page views, session duration, device type, and country (no IP addresses stored), collected via Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4 only after you give explicit cookie consent.

Technical data: browser type, referring URL, and approximate timezone, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) for security and error monitoring. This data is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect passwords, payment data, or sensitive personal data.

Waitlist email: to notify you when Socigy launches and to send you one invite email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Analytics: to understand how the landing page performs and prioritise product development. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical / security data: to operate the service safely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies set (after consent) are those required by Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4 for session measurement (_ga, _ga_*). These persist for up to 2 years.

You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or by clicking “Reject” in the cookie banner on your next visit.

We share data only with:

• —Google LLC — Firebase (Firestore database, Analytics). Data may be processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• —Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN. Data processed under their DPA.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

Waitlist data: retained until 6 months after Socigy launches, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see § 07).

Analytics data: retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
